About This c.1865 Fixer Upper in Cherryfield, ME Under $150K
This building has its own listing on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built by Francis Warren Patten (1833-1916) and is known as the Patten Building. Both Frank and his son were leather tanners and shoemakers. The Pattens lived in what is now known as the Godfrey-Patten house at 20 New St in Cherryfield, which is also currently on the market for $99,000.
