Looks like I’m buying this place! Got an appt with the inspector Friday! 3/24/23

Well, loved that staircase, too. I paid 500 to an inspector and went on a rainy day to see the small lake in a few areas of the basement. Pretty sure if I fixed all the foundation issues, including termites and mold and mildew, plus plumbing issues and knob and tube wiring, never mind the fun cosmetic stuff, I may never recoup any equity in the place.
But the place is great and has potential. Very grand feeling. Faded glory. Used to be a doctor’s office so there is one room with an exam chair still bolted to the floor. The third floor or attic has several livable rooms, too but really afraid it’s a money pit.

if anyone wants the inspection I paid 500 dollars for, ask. Not buying it. Money pit.
